This is an another update that we were in the process of recovering the servers and we expect the servers to be live on 27'th March 2016 at 9:00 PM. If we forcefully trying to recover the servers then it may results into the data loss. Thanks for understanding and we do apologize for this issue.

Hello,

As per our email we sent to all our customers and reseller dated on 17'th March 2016 regarding taking the backup before 03'rd April 2016 but unexpectedly our server was crashed before that which is really we unexpected. We put up our complete effort since from past 5 days to get the server back and  to recover the data back but we failed to recover the data and the data has been lost permanently. There will be no words to accomplish this data loss and we really apologize for this issue and requesting all our customers and resellers to accept our apologize.

Our telephone and Live support will be live from 30'th March 2016 10:00 AM IST and during the time we will response over the ticketing system. We sincerly apologize if this may cause any issue.
