We are still working to recover the data from both Primary Hard Disk Drive and the secondary Backup Disk Drive but it fails again and again because as this is having huge volume of data and this will take more time to recover the data. So if a customer or resellers requires immediate resolution then we may setup the new account and we will proivde you the new login details to host those websites again on the server and restore the website backup on your end if you have, and once the data has been recovered then we may restore the same.

We put up our complete effort to recover the data back but we failed to recover the data and the data has been lost permanently. There will be no words to accomplish this data loss and we really apologize for this issue and now we have tightened the security of data on all our servers for future to avoid this kind of issue.
